Availability and Reservations

All reservations require a credit card deposit for authorization purposes. *This deposit (equalling 1 night’s stay) is paid at the time that you make your online reservation or if you choose to book with us via telephone. With canceled reservations, this deposit will be refunded as long as the cancellation is within the time period stated below.
*Long term or group reservations will require an additional deposit to be paid prior to arrival.
We will confirm your reservation with you once we have received the information cancellation and payment policies
We have a 7-day cancellation policy for standard reservations (single room). You must cancel any reserved date 7 days prior to the arrival date. We charge the full amount of the first night of your reservation for late cancellations.
Group Reservations, and Accommodations of 10+ Nights
For group reservations and longer stays, we have a 30-day cancellation policy. You must cancel the reservations 30-days prior to the arrival date. We charge one-half of the total charge for late cancellations. This policy applies to both multiple room cancellations and single room cancellations within groups.
A deposit equalling 1/2 the amount will be charged no later than 30-days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made 90-days or more after the original reservation made can only be refunded via PayPal if a guest has a PayPal account (immediate) or via our transfer agency, HiFx (2-4 days). Both are subject to transfer fees and fees for currency exchange.
